Spirit School
Spirit School guides the newest light workers to strengthen the connection to their inner magic while building community with other like minded kids. Through play, imagination, and creation children will build skills such as energy healing, transmutation, emotional expression, self regulation, and more. Each part of our day is designed to engage your child's body, mind, and Spirit.
This class is designed as a drop off program for children ages 3 1/2 to 8. If needed, caregivers may join in on the first four sessions to assist with the transition. Caregivers are welcome stay near by at the park or leave after drop off.

Monthly Memberships
One class per week- $240
Two classes per week- $480
Monthly memberships may be paid per class with the understanding of the commitment that all classes must paid in full by the end of the four weeks regardless of attendance. Each class is $60.

Activities
Smudging:
-Children will be invited to clear their energy through smudging led by their teacher upon arrival
Spirit Circle:
-Children use egg shakers to call in the 7 Sacred Directions and ask for divine protection throughout the class
-Children "Dance for the Sun" and move through a song guided sun salutation yoga sequence
-Children greet one another by singing "Mr. Sun" to each child and playing musical instruments
-Children meet the Spirit Stuffy of the week who teaches them about one of the chakras
-Children share thoughts, feelings, and ideas with the Spirit Stuffy
-Children use their intuition to choose personal Spirit Animal of the day from the animal card deck
-Children share any snack they may have brought that connects to the weekly chakra color
-Children explore how to move their body through silly songs
-Children are guided through different yoga poses through different games
Jam Session:
-Children explore and play a variety of musical instruments
-Children are individually invited to create and sing their own song while their friends become the band
Magical Moments:
-Children place yucky feelings into objects they find in nature and transmute them with the ocean or Earth
-Children practice energy healing with crystals
-Children receive guidance about their chakras through pendulums
-Children are guided through mindful breathing practices and a short meditation
Affirmation Art:
-Children listen & sing along with various affirmation songs that encourage repeating positive statements while creating
-Children are guided through a simple project. They may use paint, watercolors, markers, crayons, scissors, glue, etc.
Free Play Opportunities:
-Children freely explore the beach or playground without instruction. Depending on the location water play is available. Sand toys and other fun toys are available.
