Sprouting Spirits offers a variety of different programs. Most programs can be held privately in your home or at a local space for the public. Children's programs are offered to ages newborn to 12 years old, and occasionally adult programs are offered. Check out our upcoming events and all the programs we have to offer. Accommodations can be made to fit your family's unique needs.

❈ Holistic Halloween❈
Join the fun at Sprouting Spirits' annual Holistic Halloween Party! Get crafty as you design a wooden pumpkin, then move & giggle your way through a silly Halloween story told with yoga! After, melt into calm with a cozy sound bath. We'll finish with candy-free trick-or-treating that's full of surprises.
All Ages
Costumes are encouraged for all! $10/family + $1 for additional kids if they are decorating a pumpkin. Families are asked to bring tiny treasures to share with the group!
